Learn what Daily Fantasy Esports is and how to play.
Skrilla is a licensed, fully regulated, global esports wagering brand. The first product we have created is a Daily Fantasy Esports platform.
*Skrilla is currently live in Australia and the US with CS:GO and League of Legends contests. Dota2 and Overwatch will be integrated in the near future.
We are planning to launch free to play contests into Canada in the very near future and following on from this we will move into selected European countries and the UK. Beyond that, we will look to South America and Asia.*
Daily eSport Fantasy is changing how fans watch and engage with esports globally through social contests where fans compete against one another to win cash.
Members pick a roster comprising of professional players from teams competing in a day’s fixtures. They spend a fixed salary budget on players, each of whom have a price tag. The better the player, the higher the price tag.
The goal is to assemble a mixed roster of players (from the teams available), under the salary cap, that will amass the most points. As matches unfold in real time, the selected players accrue points based on their action in the games. Once the final match has concluded the Members with rosters comprising the best performing players share in the cash prize pool.
As the community grows, Daily Fantasy has the potential to deliver contests with huge prize pools. Players can win big, off small entry fees!
Daily Fantasy is already widely popular in traditional sports. If you’re in Australia you can play DFS on sports such as AFL and Rugby League and in the US, NFL, NBA and MLB.
Fanduel and Draftkings are the preeminent Daily Fantasy platforms for traditional sports in the US, and both are valued around the $1 billion dollar mark. Skrilla’s goal is to be the dominant player in the esports vertical.
